Privacy Policy

This document is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it.

Shefa Atelier (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

When you apply for a consultation we collect:

  • Contact details: name, email, business name, website, optional phone, city and state.
  • Business profile: business category, number of locations, annual revenue range, approximate marketing budget and employee count.
  • Growth needs: your main challenge, 12-month goal, timeline, service interest and decision-making role.

We do not request, and you should not submit, patient records or any protected health information. If such information is submitted by mistake, we will delete it.

Information collected automatically

  • Campaign information from the link you arrived on (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term), the referring website and the first page you visited. This is stored in your browser and attached to your application so we understand how you found us.
  • Anonymous funnel events (such as a page view, an application started or submitted, or a booking started) that contain no name, email or form answers.
  • Where enabled, Google Analytics 4 and advertising conversion tags (such as ChatGPT Ads) may receive these anonymous events to measure site performance and advertising. They never receive your name, email, phone or application answers. In regions where consent is required (including the EEA, UK and Switzerland), these third-party tags are not loaded.

How we use information

  • To review your application and decide whether a consultation is a good fit.
  • To contact you about your application, consultation and any engagement.
  • To understand which channels bring us enquiries and improve this website.

Applications are scored internally to help us prioritize our review. No application is automatically rejected; every application is reviewed by a person.

Scheduling

If you are invited to book a consultation, scheduling is handled by our calendar provider (Calendly), which receives the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, our CRM, email and scheduling, and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Retention and security

Application data is stored in a secured database with access limited to authorized team members. We keep it for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

  • You may ask to access, correct or delete your information.
  • You may opt out of follow-up sales emails at any time; we will still send messages you request, such as a booking confirmation.
  • You can clear stored campaign information by clearing your browser storage for this site.
